PageBy
A PageBy describes pagination for a Filter, Segment, or Summary. Page numbers are 1-based.

Both values must be greater than zero. A
PageBy with PageNumber = 0 or PageSize = 0 fails validation.There is no upper bound on PageNumber
The core sets none, and the policy layer caps
PageSize through MaxPageSize and never PageNumber. The offset the query skips is worked out in 64 bits and held to int.MaxValue (3.3.0), so a page past the last row is an empty page however far past it is; in 32 bits it wrapped, which was a five-hundred on SQL Server and PostgreSQL and the first page again on SQLite and in memory.C# example
